The eSCOPE ELITE8™ Accessory Kit is included with the purchase of every eSCOPE ELITE8™, with or without the Tablet.

The Low and High Current Amp Clamps work seamlessly with eSCOPE Software. Our Color Coded Leads and Lead Extensions make it easy to reach any component on the vehicle. The Banana style plugs make it fast and simple to connect all of the accessories. T-Wire Piercers make testing wires simple and safe. Back probes make it easy to connect leads to a variety of connections and sensors.

LIGHTBRIGHT™ BACK PROBES

Lightbright™ Back Probes are an excellent upgrade for the eSCOPE ELITE8™! These self-powered units use a super bright LED to illuminate wiring connectors in dimly lit areas
such as under the vehicle or dash. Alleviate eye strain and make finding the right connection fast and easy!

The Resistance Decade Box is an essential tool for testing automotive sensors and circuits. Simply insert the Decade Box in place of the sensor and dial in the resistance value you want to apply to the circuit. Once the resistance is properly adjusted, check the circuit voltage using a DVOM, scope or scan tool.

When testing sensors such as variable reluctance sensors, connect the Decade Box across the two leads of the sensor and set the resistance to the correct value for the sensor. Next, verify the sensor’s output with a scope to confirm that the voltage amplitude is correct. Quick and easy to use in a wide range of automotive applications, the Resistance Decade Box is a must-have tool for every automotive electronics technician.

The Capacitance Decade Box is an excellent tool for testing automotive sensors and circuits. Simply insert the Decade Box into the circuit that is showing noise on your oscilloscope. Then, switch through capacitance values until the noise either disappears or is reduced to an acceptable level. This quick process allows the technician to confirm if noise riding on the circuit is the source of the problem.

ATS NOISE DETECTION KIT

ATS Noise Detection Microphone Kit includes four Noise Detection Microphones and (4) 20’ stereo jack cables. Microphones and cables are color coded, Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue for easy use. The Noise Detection Microphones are unamplified electric microphones that pick up sound waves from metal and plastic components. These sound waveforms can be displayed on your scope to find Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Driveline, Bearing, and other noises. The ATS eSCOPE ELITE8™ will drive these electric microphones and allow synchronization of these sound events. This is the next level in noise detection!

What if we told you that you could determine if the camshaft timing is off by as little as one tooth, in as little as five minutes? You would think we were crazy! The iEA™- Intelligent Engine Analyzer uses advanced technology to check the pressure changes in the cylinders through the spark plug hole! INCREDIBLE? We think so! The iEA™ shows you which cylinder or cylinders are missing through the exhaust tailpipe and then checks the mechanical condition of the cylinder through the spark plug hole in just minutes! ATS’ revolutionary iEA™ software automatically identifies problems and alerts the technician, saving hours of diagnostic time.

What do you do when you are having communication problems with a vehicle or the scan tool cannot connect to the vehicle? The quickest solution is to connect a Breakout Box (BOB) to the vehicles Data Link Connector (DLC) and connect an oscilloscope to the bus lines in question. This will give you the answers that you need for a quick and accurate diagnosis.

Quickly attach the eBOB to the vehicles DLC for bus voltage testing. The eBOB’s smart circuit illuminates colored LEDs to let you know what’s working and what isn’t! eBOB includes LEDs for Power, Grounds, and Communication lines. Vehicle bus lines can be monitored without creating interference on them. Your scan tool plugs directly into eBOB’s cable extension. Convenient banana jack test ports in the console let you test circuits with a meter or scope–while they work.

If the fuse that supplies power to pin 16 is blown and the scan tool uses this as its power source, you will have a ‘no communication’ problem. It can take some time to locate the fuse for replacement. We’ve included a handy 15’ fused jumper wire to let you quickly power pin 16 so your scan tool can be powered up to read the vehicles DTC’s.
